Carmela Bou Malham received her graduate education in the Science of Aging-GeroScience from Université Paul Sabatier III Toulouse in 2022. Her doctoral work focuses primarily on prescription optimization, polypharmacy harm reduction, patient education, and coordinated care in older adults. She serves as a pharmacist and project manager at Hotel Dieu-St. Jacques, Toulouse, France. Her role involves the management of pharmaceutical projects (Logipren, Expérimentation 51), medication monographs, and protocols. She also received a degree in Pharmacy from the Lebanese American University in 2014 and has served in clinical pharmacist roles in Lebanon.
