Samar Younes is a registered pharmacist who earned her Bachelor of Pharmacy and PharmD degree from the Lebanese International University (LIU). She also holds a Research Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Biotechnology from the Lebanese University. She is a clinical associate professor at LIU, which she joined since the year 2011 and is still. In 2014, she was appointed as Assistant Dean of the School of Pharmacy at LIU-Bekaa Campus and is currently the Chairperson of the Biomedical Sciences Department. She has earned an experience as a course instructor of Pharmacology, Pharmacotherapeutics and Pharmacy Practice Experience. She is a member of the Order of Pharmacists in Lebanon (OPL), the International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP), and the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy (AACP). She has supervised the research work of PharmD students and participated in several national and international conferences where she presented lectures and posters.
