Multilingual seasoned epidemiologist with over than 10 years’ experience in the field, manager of the Lebanese Clinical Trials (LBCTR) program, road safety expert, assessment officer, lecturer, and researcher in public health, epidemiology, and biostatistics. Emerging leader of international infectious diseases by the International society for infectious diseases. Ph.D. candidate in public health, option Epidemiology, and Biostatistics, at the University Of Bordeaux Segalen (ISPED). Specialist in epidemiology at the Ministry of Public Health in Lebanon since 2012 with combined expertise in surveillance systems, outbreak investigation, emergency preparedness, early warning, clinical research, and rapid response to emerging and re-emerging diseases. Instrumental in supervising the design and administration of surveys to collect and report epidemiological, healthcare, and disease prevention data. Facilitating the process of converting disease surveillance reporting from a paper-based system to a web-based electronic platform (DHIS-2) and in much operational research in the area of emerging and re-emerging infectious diseases, surveillance, vaccine-preventable diseases, injury prevention, occupational health, and mental health. Lecturer at the National Pedagogical Institute for Technical Education since 2017. National data coordinator for the global road safety report. Has several scientific publications in her areas of expertise and has first-authored over 15 research articles published in international, peer-reviewed journals and has directed several dissertations for traffic major students since 2017.
