Jana Kotaich is a sixth-year medical student at the Lebanese University (LU). She is the founder and research director of MEDICA Research Investigation, the first student-led research group founded by medical students in Lebanon, focused on improving access to research and research education. She also established a research unit at the Faculty of Medical Sciences at LU, contributing to MEDICA’s mission. Additionally, she serves as an ambassador for the National Medical Research Association in the UK. Her main research interests are surgery, neuroprosthetics, and biopsychology.
