Nivine Bachir is a licensed clinical dietitian with a biochemistry background since 2009. She holds dual international PhD degrees in Nutrition and Food Engineering/Biotechnology from Lebanon and Spain. Since 2022, she has been a senior lecturer at the Lebanese International University and is the founder of Appelite, a healthy clinic and catering center established in 2015. A finalist in the women entrepreneurs category of the Brilliant Lebanese Awards in 2017, she has also received numerous recognitions, including the ESPEN Fellowship Award (2013), AUB Travel Award (2013), and Distinguished FAFS Alumni Award (2018).
