Pascale Salameh

Pascale Salameh is the founder and director of INSPECT-LB (Institute of Public Health, Clinical Epidemiology, and Toxicology-Lebanon) and a full Professor of Epidemiology at the Lebanese University, which includes the Faculties of Pharmacy, Medicine, Public Health, and the Doctoral School of Sciences and Technologies. She also serves as the Quality Representative for the Lebanese University and leads accreditation projects for health programs at the university. She is a member-elect and recipient of a medal from the French National Academy of Pharmacy and was formerly the Chair of the Scientific Committee at the Lebanese Order of Pharmacists. She has also worked as a research associate at several European and Lebanese universities. She has held positions as the Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy at the Lebanese University and as the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs at the Lebanese American University School of Pharmacy. With a diploma in the Ability to Direct Research (HDR), she is an expert in designing and directing research and has extensive experience in data collection and management and advanced statistical analysis. She has over 550 publications in peer-reviewed journals, several book chapters, and numerous oral presentations and scientific posters to her credit. Her research areas include medical epidemiology, clinical pharmacy, academic education, and public health.
