Rana El Haidari has been the head of the research department of the Islamic Health Society since 2016. She is a lecturer of Epidemiology and Biostatistics at the Faculty of Science at the Lebanese University. She is also a member of the scientific committee of the Order of Midwives of Lebanon. She earned her doctoral degree in Biostatistics from the Université Bourgogne Franche-Comté, France. Her research spans a continuum from analyses of extensive epidemiologic studies to community research; she has authored various research articles published in peer-reviewed journals. Her research interests include breast cancer, health-related quality of life, smoking, COVID-19, and food safety.Currently, she represents INSPECT-LB in several committees of the International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP).
