Sarah El Khatib is a clinical pharmacist with expertise in risk management in healthcare institutions. She obtained her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Lebanese University, a Master’s degree in Risk Management in Healthcare Institutions from ICSI-INP, Toulouse, France, and a Master’s degree in Biomedical Research and Statistics from the Lebanese University, Faculty of Public Health, Beirut, Lebanon and Paris Saclay, Paris, France. In 2022, she received her PhD from Paul Sabatier University in Toulouse, France. She holds a Diploma in Clinical Research from the Lebanese University, Faculty of Medicine, Beirut, Lebanon and another Diploma in “Optimizing medication use in the Geriatric Population” from the University of Toulouse, School of Pharmacy. She is an assistant professor at the Lebanese University, Faculty of Public Health. She is affiliated to INSPECT-LB, Lebanon, and INSERM, Equipe MAINTAIN, UMR 1295, Toulouse, France. She has several peer-reviewed publications.Currently, she represents INSPECT-LB in several committees of the International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP).
