Celine El Khoury is a Registered Dietitian, Licensed Dietitian, and nutrition researcher. She holds a Master of Science in Nutrition and a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition & Dietetics (Coordinated Program) from the Lebanese American University (LAU). She has co-authored five peer-reviewed publications in high-impact journals and is involved in multiple ongoing research projects. Her research-based master’s thesis focused on toxic metal exposure through food consumption. Celine has extensive clinical training through supervised rotations across more than 12 specialties, along with experience in food service assessments and public health outreach programs. She is an Associate Member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (EatRight USA) and has participated in international youth initiatives, including the World Food Forum (FAO). Her recognitions include the Young Researcher Award in Life Sciences & Medicine and the SoAS Research Recognition Award (Silver) at LAU.
