Zeina Akiki is an Associate Professor of epidemiology at the Lebanese University (LU), University of Balamand (UOB), Notre Dame Louaize University (NDU), and Université Saint Joseph (USJ). She obtained her PhD degree in Epidemiology in 2016 from University Paris Sud-Paris Saclay, Doctoral School of Public Health (EDSP) and from the Lebanese University, Doctoral School of Sciences and Technology (EDST). She obtained her Master degree in Epidemiology and Biostatistics from the Lebanese University. She teaches the following: Epidemiology and Biostatistics, Statistics using SPSS, Research methods, Epidemiology in public health practices. Her research interests include asthma and asthma outcomes, COPD, and chronic respiratory diseases biomarkers and scales.A
